​Robert is an experienced tech operator, advisor, board director and investor who has driven over $2 billion in revenue and helped grow hundreds of careers.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors at Anza Capital, a South Africa based venture capital firm. He also advises on scaling businesses and building high performing diverse teams.

As Head of Revenue & Partnerships at SandboxAQ, a Google X spin-out, Robert & team drove AI and quantum solutions and built strategic alliances across industry use cases leading to a $5.75 billion Series E in April 2025. Previously, he held Vice President roles @ Palo Alto Networks (launching AI-enabled security software product lines and scaling government business), Sales Leader @ Amazon (growing the AWS Independent Software Vendor business) and VP @ AT&T (leading a $700 million SMB sales center with over 200k customers).

Robert is a committed mentor to underrepresented talent, Miami U. business school advisory board member, life member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc, and partner in family owned ventures.
